The hotel was placed in the central location in a quiet neighborhood. Moreover, it's near to a big shopping plaza in Gateneau that includes Costco, a mall, and Adonis, all the tourist spots and a restaurants. I enjoyed the well-kept and impeccably clean room and the staff were incredibly nice. The breakfast was hearty and amazing, had lots of options.

Appetising food, reasonably spacious and well-kept room with a comfy bed, the fan, a jacuzzi. Magnificent location and warm and hearty breakfast with many choices. Nice building in the middle of Gatineau.

The hotel was fantastic little and ideal and offered good prices. Excellent service, though a few employees were very rude. The breakfast was hot and hearty except for the croissants which was okay; the location was favourable!
There were too small beds.

Spacious and well-kept unit with tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge. Very quick check-in and EXCELLENT customer service. Incredibly nice staff, free wake up calls and ironing.

The location was convenient for our dance competition at the nearby congress centre. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the staff were professional and helpful. We also enjoyed the quiet zone and the nice neighborhood.

Double room was the best. Location: the hotel was short walk to Ottawa, a beautiful Casino and tourist attractions. There was Les Brasseurs du Temps, located nearby, where we relaxed.
